Professional Executive Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 by,
Theresa Mott. While working as an Executive Secretary, she
decided to lend her skills and expertise to overworked entrepreneurs
and small businesses. She possesses over 19 years of “real-world”
experience in the administrative field.  As one of today’s respected businesswomen, she continues to develop strategies to improve efficiency for PES' clients.  

PES prides itself on their ability to listen to each client’s concerns,
then develop and implement a specific plan for every situation. Theresa has a history of giving back to her community in various capacities and continues to work with local leaders to ensure positive growth in the area.  When asked about starting her company, she quoted the following: “this is by far the biggest and best leap I’ve ever made in my life...and I LOVE IT!!
